About us

With its unique record of experience and success in some of the world's most rapidly changing markets, the RTG Group is the best option for companies operating outside of the conventional comfort zone. An independent, Western-run firm established in London in 1993, RTG began by supplying personnel to British Gas in Russia and Chevron in Kazakhstan during the early 1990s. Our reputation and expertise was built up through providing high-calibre technical and management talent to the international oil and gas industry in Russia and the CIS in a challenging commercial climate. Our history of experience and success in these areas is allowing us to expand both professionally and geographically. Our diverse client profile now includes senior players in consulting and finance as well as energy and construction, and we most recently begun projects in Iraq and other locations in the Middle East.

Distinguished by our unmatched record of experience on the market and unrivalled knowledge of key industries, our dedicated team of Western and local consultants are committed to delivering excellence to our clients. Our high-quality service is made possible by a consistently professional attitude and local savoir-faire. Unlike many of our competitors we have invested our own time, money and resources in our projects, allowing us to be involved with and support them on the ground locally.
