Contract Staff
Since its inception, RTG Group has placed over 400 technical contract staff throughout Russia and the CIS, including in Komi, Magadan, Usinsk, Tyumen, Sakhalin, Aksai, and Tengiz.
RTG began in 1993 supplying personnel to British Gas and Gulf Canada in the Komi Republic and to Chevron in the Tengiz field in Kazakhstan. For TNK-BP we have been focusing on finding and supporting the Demiansky Project where we have placed 40 people since March 2005 including one headhunting placement as the Deputy General Director.
