| Job Description | Job Title - Business Development Manager - Russia Location - Moscow, Russia Company description - a major, independent international service contractor to oil, gas and other process industries which provides brownfield services including, project management, engineering, construction, commissioning, operations, and maintenance. The Company has a 25 year operational history showing consistent growth and enjoys an established network of personnel and a diverse customer base. Project/Function Description Develop new clients and maintain relationship with existing clients.
Job Description:
Specific duties will include, but not restricted to:
-Identify market opportunities and lead the sales and technical teams to grow profitable revenue -Match the company's technical and operational capabilities in order to maximise the sustained profitability of the client and the company -Provide leadership to plan, organise, manage, and continuously improve the business development process Ensure the Strategic Account Management process is used and adhered to throughout the business development process and ensure the business adapts to market trends and industry drivers. Applicants will be expected to travel within the region.
Experience, Skills and Knowledge: Job requirements: -Leadership and initiative skills The position involves a great deal of organising, work prioritisation and related skills, and a great deal of peer interface is necessary to properly complete tasks via teamwork. -Interpersonal skills Job success often hinges upon interpersonal skills. Job tasks require frequent interchange and completion of job tasks depends in largely upon effective interaction with others. -Relative effort Changing deadlines, enquiries and related pressures, reprioritisations or trade-offs (which may approach risk-taking) often result in substantial compensatory efforts and additional time. -Fluent both in Russian and English -Bachelor's level degree in a technical or related field -Extensive experience gained in the Oil and Gas industry prior to entering business development, where the successful applicant should demonstrate a proven track record in the Russian region -Excellent presentation and communication skills coupled with drive and ambition -Must have significant business development experience in the Russian region and extensive knowledge of the local markets. |
