Objective of Position
1. Domestic market sales of oil products from all Company Refineries with utmost efficiency and adherence to all procedures and rules effective in the Company/
2. Domestic market sales of oil products from the Company Refineries with utmost efficiency and adherence to all procedures and rules effective in the Company/
3. Crude sales for the Company, purchase of crude for the Company needs, sales optimization, sales and purchase of third party resources, deal effectivization, company’s revenue maximization, minimization of time required to execute deals, crude sales market expansion, arbitration supplies, clientele expansion./
4. Provide effective management of the Company’s presence in the trading markets to optimize the value of the residue products and develop new alternatives to further maximize profitability of sales pursued by the Company./
5. Sales, general management and marketing of special products produced by the Company with utmost efficiency and adherence to all procedures and rules effective in the Company.

Direct Functions
Middle distillates sales in accordance with the Production and Financial plans.
Negotiations and consultations on terms and conditions with key account customers/suppliers
Search of ways to improve efficiency of sales and new channels to gain extra income, e.g. purchase of products from third parties, etc. Review of international distillates market by shipment destination and search of ways for export / domestic market optimization.
Strategy Development
Networking and maintaining efficient relationship with federal customers.
Analysis of international distillates market by shipment destinations and exploring opportunities of export / domestic market optimization
Conducting long-term tenders and their monitoring
Development of a supply strategy for the Ukrainian market.

Joint Functions
Participation in working groups on sales and refining optimization
Finance and production planning, business planning
Creating Downstream development strategies
Cooperation with the Holding companies

Education:
Higher economical or technical education is desirable

Knowledge / Skills:
Connections and reputation in the oil business, legal and ecomomical basics, approach to development of domestic sales strategies. Communication skills. Negotiating skills

Language Skills:
Good English is essential

Work Experience:
At least 5 year experience in oil domestic market of RF

Computer Skills:
MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point - advanced user
