| Job Description | Oil & gas company is searching for Trader (Moscow) 1. Middle Distillates Book/ 2. Gasoline Book/ 2. Crude Book/ 4. Residue Book/ 5. Niche Products Book Objective of Position Organization and monitoring of oil products export sales; improvement of efficiency and optimization of sales; expansion of sales markets for Company’s products; increase of sales volumes, diversification of product range and increase of the counterparty pool; review of the products market; monitoring of sales efficiency. Direct Functions Analysis of prices and trends on potential sales markets. Compilation of weekly / monthly market reviews and forecasts. Agreement of commercial terms of deals to be concluded; Preparation and execution of tenders (competitive bidding) - jointly with the refineries; Nomination of volumes for counterparties. Monitoring of execution of deals; monitoring of quality of products shipped and control over shipment schedules Organization of shipments to the Ukraine as well as swaps with third party resources Joint Functions Participation in production and financial planning; Optimization of sales (customs duties, shipment schedules). Expansion of markets and diversification of product basket; Interaction with the Sales and Trading Control Department, Logistics, Legal and Back Office on issues related to fulfillment of contractual obligations. Education: Higher, international trade Short-term courses on basics of trading activity on international markets. Knowledge / Skills: Theory and practice of international trade including knowledge of logistics, refining and shipping with active usage of foreign languages; knowledge of international and Russian trade laws. Language Skills: Good English is essential Work Experience: No less than 2 years in trading / operational division of a major Russian / international oil company, participation in international conferences and seminars on international oil / oil products trade with international specifics Computer Skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point - advanced user Conditions: High salary Bonus system Social package |
