| Job Description | A big oil & gas company is looking for General Manager - Lubricants JOB DESCRIPTION - Managing a large yet growing lubes market operations in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. - Leading a large team and providing leadership to enable achievement of exceptional results. - Responsible for top line volume and gross margin with both sales & marketing and manufacturing accountability - Provide input into Long-term strategic plan development for the strategy. - Active engagement in development of annual marketing plan for PU; Translate into appropriate operating plan & lead execution. - Execute transformation strategies working closely with the Lubes Strategy Manager and other relevant functions. - Managing and dealing with environment by participating in industry associations, professional forums and engaging with Govt authorities where appropriate. - Active leadership in maintaining / developing major strategic alliances, a key enabler of business growth & sustainability. Experience: - Experience as a Country or Regional Manager - Strong functional skills in Sales and Marketing in both B2C and B2B - Leadership skills - Strong interpersonal skills - In depth knowledge of emerging markets - Sound knowledge of the lubricants value chain - Management of Change experience - Lubes manufacturing experience would be an advantage. Education / Certifications / Languages Education: Management degree from a good Business School with Marketing as major or Degree in Science or Engineering discipline Good knowledge of English is essential |
