| Job Description | Job Purpose: To support Phase III Well Engineering in implementing all Well Completion activities: by ensuring that comprehensive safety, technical and cost effective solutions are employed. Main responsibilities: - Support the tender process for the provision of 3rd party services & tangibles for Well Completion operations. - Develop well programs, plans, procedures and schedules and provide a technical and practical support for the programs implementation. - Draw up operations schedule, requisitions, orders, guidelines, charts, diagrams and other technical documentations. - Provide completion operations timing and cost inputs to deliver well AFE's. - Compile completion engineering documentation needed for partner's reviews, well examination, handover and audit as required. - Follow up the compliance with the statutory requirements, regulations, current norms, standards and rules. - Carry out risk assessment of each particular operation and communicate to well engineering. Reports to: Completions Equipment Team Leader Main Internal Interfaces: Drilling Team, Completions Team, Interface Manager, Well Planning Manager Main External Interfaces: Well Operations, Equipment Suppliers and Contractors, Facilities Engineering Required Education & Experience - At least 5 years of experience in Completion design. - Prior experience with high pressure and sour gas wells. - Experience in field with wells greater than 4000m. - Solid understanding of cost-effectiveness and general commercial business issues. - Knowledge of risk management, portfolio management and HSE management. Necessary Knowledge - Understanding of documentation, standards and technical procedures relating to the operational and business activities within completions - Contracts and procurement of completions tangibles and services - Completions equipment and its operational regulations Required skills: - Strong analytical approach to solve technical complex problems. - Good skills with PC in Windows environment. Specific Personal Qualities: - Very good oral, presentation and written communication skills in English. Must be able to communicate efficiently with various operational units and with a variety of nationalities and educational levels. - Ability to work in multi-cultural environment in an operations team. |
